Who is Carina?

With a passion and keen curiosity for health, Carina graduated from McGill University with a degree in Microbiology and Immunology, and studied at the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Montpellier in France.

Her main focus is to establish optimal conditions for restoring and maintaining health.
She offers private consultations to address each person's specific needs, as well as workshops and professional training with courses in Anatomy, Physiology, Immunology, and Stress Management.

Curiosity and passion continue, fueling the inspiration to share health principles in an approachable, complementary, and sustainable manner in order to make better-being accessible to all.

With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic yoga, Carina bridges the gap between human physiology and yoga philosophy.

About yoga therapy

Yoga is known for its benefits in improving health, aligning the body, and relaxing the mind.

The therapeutic aspect is simply knowing how to practice in a way that is tailored to you, your needs, and your health.

With the Health as a Whole approach, tools and tips are applied in a way that allows you to maximize the benefits of your practice—every day and all the time—not just on the mat.

A vast and versatile toolbox allows us to recognize—and then re-educate—the mental, physical, and behavioral patterns that tend to interfere with the optimal functioning of the body and mind.

As a therapeutic tool, yoga aims to restore the conditions necessary for maintaining health, and can therefore support any treatment, diagnosis, or imbalance.

Come learn simple and accessible ways to help you feel rejuvenated, resilient, and relaxed!

  • Customized content tailored to your audience and your purpose.

  • An integrative approach, combining medical science, yoga philosophy, and somatic exploration.

  • Lively experiences, where theory is transformed into concrete practices.
