Whether you are guiding groups or private classes, mentoring allows you to find :

Each course is unique. You can choose an existing format or create your own program with Carina.

You come with your questions, themes or specific questions, and explore in depth what interests you:

  • a therapeutic tool,

  • a recurring health problem among your clients.

Carina adapts the Health as a Whole approach for you, sharing theory, practice and therapeutic applications.

Scenario 1 - Carina leads the practice, you observe

You observe Carina offering a private session to your case study, then you benefit from a debriefing session to understand her choices, tools, and approaches.

Duration: 3h
