YogaReSource is both a chool and a Clinic for Yoga Therapy.
Carina will accompany you in private sessions to meet your specific needs, with an integrative approach that links medical science, yoga philosophy and somatic practices.
Each encounter is an invitation to learn, observe, regulate and integrate tools adapted to your needs and your daily life.

With the Health as a Whole approach developed by Carina, we take the time to go through your health form to better understand what's going on in your body, as well as the steps needed to restore and maintain your health.
We'll then put this theory into practice, with tips on how to integrate it into everyday life, feel the benefits, and make it sustainable over the long term; well beyond the yoga mat!
Each encounter draws on a set of tools from therapeutic yoga, neuroscience and mindfulness, to help you regain your balance, better understand your body and cultivate lasting health - far beyond the yoga mat.
The tools we use
With a strong academic background in medical sciences, Carina has developed the Health as a Whole approach, which includes aspects of anatomy, physiology, and immunology, as well as tools for mental clarity, emotional intelligence, stress management, and much more.

Years of experience have helped her to see that health cannot be reduced to a part or a particle of the body, but rather to the interrelation between all aspects of the body and being contributing to balance, resilience and the best response to each situation.
When you consult about a particular diagnosis, condition, or imbalance, Carina takes the time to explain what the diagnosis means, which system it relates to, and how we can create a practice designed and adapted specifically for you, your preferences, and your needs.

A gentle, targeted session that works on the fascia, the tissues that connect and support the whole body.

Yes, since Yoga ReSource is a member of the ANQ and ANPQ, sessions can be covered under Naturopathy. Official receipts are available.

No. Sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience. Carina adapts each session to your real needs.

Absolutely. You can start with an Health as a Whole assessment, then complement it our other servces: fascial release or therapeutic yoga massage sessions, or private classes depending on your needs.

It all depends on your situation. Some people benefit from a one-off session, while others opt for regular follow-up (monthly or seasonal) to maintain to deepen the benefits.
