From training to profession: a step towards unity

For over ten years, Carina Raisman has been guiding cohorts of yoga therapists committed to personal and professional transformation.

Today, we are taking a new step: moving from training to the profession—together.

This Collective is not just a meeting.
It is a turning point, a moment to transform an individual journey into a collective project, and to showcase our discipline in all its depth.

An image of a beach with a sand formation representing a tree and people holding hands forming a circle around the tree, illustrating the concept of connection and personal growth, with words in French: 'S'enraciner' (Take root), 'Se relier' (Connect), 'Rayonner' (Shine) and the label 'Collectif de Yoga Thérapeutes' (Yoga Therapists Collective) at the bottom of the image.

Why a Collective?

Because yoga therapy is an essential path to transformation in our communities.

And for it to be recognized, respected, and sustainable, it needs a vibrant, deep-rooted, and supportive ecosystem.

We want to sow the first seeds of this ecosystem— for ourselves, for our clients, and for the discipline itself.

What we create together

A woman dressed in a skeleton costume demonstrates therapeutic yoga or meditation in front of a group of future yoga therapists in a room decorated with anatomical posters.

A vibrant and accessible space where yoga therapists from Quebec come together to:

  • Recognizing ourselves: celebrating our journey, our training, our professional identity.

  • Be inspired: share our experiences, our visions, our tools.

  • Connecting: building caring and lasting human relationships.

  • Co-create: working together to lay the foundations for a promising network.

Our intention

Spreading the word about yoga therapy throughout Quebec,
supporting those who bring it to life,
and joining forces to make this practice central to collective well-being.

How can I participate?
