  • I came to this retreat completely drained... and left nourished, grounded and full of momentum. The yoga sequences, the breathing, the meals, the nature - everything was designed to restore real - not just momentary - balance. Carina has that gentle yet firm presence, inviting you to slow down. Three days that brought me back to myself.

  • I wasn't sure what to expect, but I needed a reset. This retreat did me a world of good. I rediscovered the pleasure of breathing, moving without the feeling of performance and eating really well. I also understood how health is whole: body, behavior, rest and mind. I came away with concrete tools that I'm already incorporating into my daily life.

  • I'd signed up to "take a break", but I received so much more: a real reconnection with my vital energy. The workshops were rich and accessible, even for someone who doesn't have much time for herself. The group atmosphere, the kindness and the nature of the Tara Center simply melted away any accumulated stress. An experience I want to repeat every year.
