OUR RESOURCES
The most essential resource is the air we breathe.
For you, for me, for every cell, and every function of the body. It is what sustains life.
In the philosophy of yoga, it is proposed that breath is the connection to the universal force which, in turn, sustains the individual force, and thus, relays the innate wisdom of life.
Breath is considered to be the vessel of consciousness, reminding us of the fleeting nature of life, that everything changes, that everything comes and goes, like inhalation and exhalation.
In science, we see the effect and support of breath in anatomy, physiology, and the movement of energy in the body; it is what allows coordination across all vital functions.
On a personal level, it is my constant reminder that life supports me through every activity, choice, and moment of my life. With every breath. Literally.
And thanks to its abundance, there is enough to support you too, as well as all other living beings on earth.
...Plus, it's free.
