No. A basic yoga practice is helpful, but the workshop is accessible to all. For the Pro Day, it is recommended to have already taught or accompanied clients.

Yes, a certificate of participation (with the number of hours attended) is issued. For credits, it depends on your order/association: bring the attestation, and have the hours recognized according to their criteria.
