Week 2 - THE MENTAL IS A MEMBRANE
Your mind acts like a filter: it lets certain things in and pushes others out. Discover the balance between healthy and restrictive limits.
Week 3 - SILENCE OFFERS SPACE
Beyond movement and breath, explore the power of pauses and silence. Silence becomes a space for rest, integration and reconnection.
